"they dont like big dogs and it's hard to find anywhere to live if you do own a large dog. other then that it is a nice neighborhood as long as you dont do drugs. "

"I've lived in this neighborhood over5 years and don't know my neighbors names. Most of them don't even speak. A few of them do wave to me when I wave and say hello to them. so I stay inside when I'm not going out. There are a lot of big buildings or companies around here.B ig trucks delivering products are always around here blocking my driveway. I just don't think it is a good neighborhood, especially to raise kids. "

"I work just a few blocks from home, I frequently walk or ride my bike. If I bike I remember to bring a strong lock, because bike theft is an issue around here. "

"There are public buses and taxi service. Commute is light. No rush hour traffic. Easily drive anywhere quickly. Lots of round abouts to reduce crash rates. "

"People here are just nice, for no discernable reason. You get acknowledged by nearly everyone you pass on the street and cashiers will, on occasion, cover the remaining balance of your purchase if it's under ten cents. It's just super low key and pleasant."

"lived in Wash Park neighborhood for 3 years. it's always bustling with people. the park is a good place for kids to go in summer. historic and beautiful homes in the area."
