    "Great neighborhood! Diverse and everyone takes pride in their homes and yards. Neighbors are neighborly and friendly and kids can play outside without the worry of speeding drivers up and down the road. We're somewhat in the floodzone but it's not as bad unless it is 4+ inches ... There are plenty sidewalks and roadspace. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest and best I rate MY neighborhood an 8. No complaints at all! "

    "I rarely see dog owners being walked. Sometimes dogs do escape their homes. So some owners definitely don’t secure keeping their pets in their backyards properly. Dogs tend to bark at all hours of the night as well depending on what street you live in. "
