    "I don’t own a dog and do not see many people walking their dog in this neighborhood. I do know that the local park has a small area for dogs, but I have never seen any dogs playing there."

    "The community tries to come together and help one another. Some Neibor’s aren’t the friendliest; but I guess that’s every where. overall, the area is very safe and I nor my family have never had a problem living here. The only down side is that nice areas are surrounded by bums and not the nicest of areas. I wish the police would clean the area up. "

    "Very dog friendly neighborhood! Sidewalks and scenery, parks and several reputable vet clinics within a few minutes drive (even emergency hour service offered at some). Chances are you’ll have several major animal lovers on your street and we all lookout for one another and each other’s furry family members. If or when a local dog/pet goes missing, it’s an all hands on deck approach! I give the area an A+ animal friendly rating but do have two note worthy complaints. One - those who allow their dogs to roam unsupervised or off leash. It’s rare but as happens in most neighborhoods, some residents are just unapologetically inconsiderate. And two - dogs are often found having been abandoned in the area. However, when neighbors do find lost or abandoned dogs they go beyond the call of duty to help reunite or rescue them. "

    "Easy commute for the most part. You can’t beat the location! As a whole though, south Florida rush hour traffic makes me crazy as I’m sure it does most ppl. However living in this area is a huge bonus! Very close to ALL major highways, downtown Fort Lauderdale, groceries, shopping, beach, dining and nightlife, parks and the airport! "
