"sadly this neighborhood is not for familys with children..i am lucky my direct neighbors are NICE PEOPLE but this is not where i want my children to grow up at...i have my kids in school in plantation"

"I rarely see dog owners being walked. Sometimes dogs do escape their homes. So some owners definitely don’t secure keeping their pets in their backyards properly. Dogs tend to bark at all hours of the night as well depending on what street you live in. "

"there are no street lights... if you live in a corner house be prepared to never see anyone stop at the stop sign... good part about neighborhood is noone bothers you."
