"We bought our home 15 yrs ago, and we bought the house because of the quite of the neighborhood, most of the residents have lived here more than 50 yrs and due to the location its far enough away from the noise and stays quiet BUT, most of the new home owners are renting their homes bring more undesirables that changes the neighborhood. "The people are very friendly in my neighborhood. We have a dog and the lack of sidewalks makes it difficult to feel safe walking the dog in the neighborhood. It seems like most of the neighbors don’t know each other. "

"Cul-de-sac! Not very many houses on our road. Safe for kids to play in street. There’s a farm just down the road. Close to highway, yet private. "
