    "People help each other in this neighborhood. Whether it be pet sitting or a ride to the airport or doctor's office you can rely on your neighbors for help. The Drogin design houses all have this open floor plan which reflects the open hearts of the people living there. It's also walking distance to shops and a quick drive to the beach, downtown and major freeways...a very pleasant place to live!"

Fashion and Mission Valley are a 7 Minute Driving Time. Sprouts, Traders Joes, Ralphs and Vons are all Within a 2 Minute Driving Time. The Target Shopping Strip is Also a 2 Minute Drive. Plumosa Park is only 3 Blocks Away! The Perfect Family Neighborhood."
