"I've lived here for the past decade and I really can't say anything bad about it. Very few neighborhood problems, and it is close to everything (i.e., shopping, restaurants, schools, etc.) and just far enough away from the freeway that you're not too close."

"I have lived in this area for almost 4 years. Most of my immediate, as well as other neighbors have lived here for 30+ years. The schools: elementary (WONDERFUL teachers and staff!!), middle and high schools are very close and we feel very comfortable letting the kids walk/ride their bikes to school. Many many many neighbors walk and run in the morning and evening - either alone or with their dogs. One of my dogs got out of the yard and dang near the entire neighbor hood was out looking for him! Great place to raise a family. "
