"In August they have movie nights on Fridays. And they have a splash park during the summer. Park is generally clean but sometimes homeless start to camp out."

"Lived here for 8 years. It is quiet, love the Village Green park just outside my door. It's very safe compared to other Rancho areas. I can walk to Starbbucks, Lowes, Rubio's (and a bunch of other restaurants. Costco is a mile away. Close to the freeway."

"Nice place to stay and bring-up families. Close to the Restaurants, jobs and easy freeway access. Relatively inexpensive place"

"This is an amazing neighborhood! There are so many community events such as Christmas tree lighting, movies in the park, concerts in the park, international festival in the park etc. There are a ton of restaurants within walking distance and more go in all the time. I love the Capital Village Community"
