With any renovation there will most likely be a few kinks to work out once you move in, since you will be the first to get to use everything in the house. Patience may be required. But the house is fully warranted for the next 10 months and the Contractor is quick to make any adjustments needed.

Owner can add blinds or curtains to windows, shelves or hanging bars to master bedroom closet, or other little stuff like that to help ensure you LOVE WHERE YOU LIVE. - Must be able to clearly communicate with Owner via text, email and phone.
- Tenant must perform basic household maintenance items like changing air filters, lightbulbs, batteries, checking for water leaks, etc. In order to keep a house nice the tenant must play an active role in the maintenance of the property.
- Owner is a long time landlord and enjoys working with tenants to ensure they love where they live.
