Plenty of homes in the area rent to FGCU students and there are lots of drunken parties, speeding cars, texting teens, loud noise past curfews, overflowing cars in driveways that spill out to sidewalks and disallow school kids to safely access business stops. mostly bad bahia grass that dies at winter leaving most lawns ugly. Restaurant scene is non existant but the positive is that it's a short drive OUT of the area to better things!"
