"Traffic is light but people do not respect speed limits nor stop signs. Also, without a car or bike you’re most likely staying home. It’s commonly said that most places are at least a 15 minute car ride from wherever you are."

"close to plenty of schools. family friendly areas. 3 great parks to visit. plenty of grocery stores, restraunts, and of course the best ice cream shop around. Pelicans is a great family afternoon so is the bowling alley."

"Dog owners in our area will like that It’s very dog friendly. There is also a leash law that most people do not follow. And that goes along with the only real Con I have for dogs and that is the lack of fencing and restraint owners have. "

"This its a safe neighborhood. But always take precautions never leave your kids walking alone from the bus stop to your house. And never leave important stuff in your car. I never have any problems but I always take precautions."
