    "There is no HOA but people around this area maintain and keep the neighborhood very clean that you could swear an HOA was established. lots of retired grandparents and service men/women live here."

    "The area/neighborhood has limited sidewalks I.E only one side has sidewalks the other side is grass. lots of areas only have grass so you have to walk on the street, plus lots of areas have no poop signs because they maintain their lawns. overall it's okay but more sidewalks would be great. "

    "They would love the hidden dog parks and open fields. There are a few places that have water bowls outside the door. Not a lot of poop bag stations though. You will hear barks at night so don’t be too worry about your dog waking people. I genuinely believe people don’t really care "
