"I’ve lived here for 23 years. It’s a beautiful area, growing more and more throughout the years. The homes are beautiful and I want to own my own as well. My neighbors are wonderful. "

"There are so many new buildings, shops, and community amenities appearing in our area. We are close to the train and it’s great to see the sidewalks and local parks being improved as well. There’s still some work to do, but, Tuckahoe’s renaissance is upon us! "

"Renting here. Excellent neighborhood, train is one block away, excellent schools and friendly people. "

"I live in Tuckahoe and work in Manhattan. 5 minute walk to train. 30 minutes to Grand Central. Cant ask for better. You get out of the City but you are not far from the city."
- J G. T.

"From the green village of Tuckahoe to Manhattan, just a short train trip."

"I love the area. I despise the Southampton Meadows development that contains several listings on Winter Way, Spring Lane, and Summer Drive.. Poorly built homes. Outrageous asking prices considering the houses are built in several months with numerous problems that need fixing shortly after purchase. Avoid Southampton Meadows development."

"I presently live in the area and plan on moving to Northern Westchester. Activities and nightlife are limited, homes are old and street parking is virtually impossible. This area is overpopulated and overpriced."
- Liz M.

"GREAT LOCATION! Nice quiet families. The only cars that go by are people who live in this tiny neighborhood - so kids ride bikes right in the road. YOU BYPASS ALMOST ALL THE RT 27/39A TRAFFIC!! because you get off of rt. 27 it as soon as it slows down - which is awesome in the summertime."
