The fantastic view from the back garden is to the ocean and the Channel Islands.
Walk out the French doors and look at the ocean view and beautiful new French landscape of boxwood gardens and olive trees. Walk down to roast marshmallows at the fire pit, jump into the 50-foot swimming pool, and soak in the jacuzzi. Lay in the sun on a lawn chair and look across the manicured lawn up towards the mountains or have a game of tennis on your own tennis court! Hike up to Cold Springs trail or walk through the neighborhood to Montecito coffee shop and Pierre La fond for breakfast. Coast Village Road is just 5 minutes away for shopping and a fabulous meal or coffee and shopping at the famous Montecito Country Mart.

The living room of this sprawling estate has a cozy with a fireplace, two sofas, two club chairs, and a flatscreen TV. The three French doors lead out to a gorgeous garden with a fountain, a magnolia tree, and seating for up to 10 people.
The kitchen has an open feeling, light, bright and functional with a six-burner gas cooktop complete with a grill, a double oven, and a built-in refrigerator. It is well-appointed with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. There is a butler pantry leading to the dining room. The table has seating for eight people with a chandelier and lovely wood floors. There are two loveseats in this main living area and a fireplace to relax and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV.
In the middle of the home, you will find a sweet tearoom with views of the ocean, a round table, and four chairs. Adjoining is the library with a warm fireplace next to the formal living room with a grand piano.
Wake up with the sun! This primary bedroom has a King bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a flatscreen TV, a large window, and glass doors. The door from this bedroom leads out to the garden and the newly remodeled ensuite bathroom has a shower and a separate tub.
The second bedroom is spacious with a queen bed, end tables, an ensuite bathroom, a flatscreen TV, and a peaceful outdoor sitting area. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a private bathroom, plenty of closet space, and French doors opening to the beautiful backyard.
The fourth bedroom is a loft located upstairs off the kitchen and main living room area. Here you will find a private mini guest suite with a living room, a balcony with sprawling views of the yard, and a bedroom with a California King bed and ensuite bathroom. There is also a twin bed nook. A perfect space for one more!
The backyard has several patio seating options with a grill and plenty of space to enjoy a fun family meal. You have shaded covered areas and open areas to soak in the sun. There are steps leading down to a large grassy area with lots of room to play or picnic. Below the home is a large, heated pool with an automatic pool cover and the hot tub under the pergola next to the pool - an excellent place to truly enjoy the peace and serenity of Montecito.
