The loft with a built-in ladder up to it offers a double-size bed with a window to the outside. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a comfortable King-size bed for additional sleeping arrangements. As an added bonus, you'll have access to a shared BBQ grill, making it easy to savor outdoor meals in the fresh air. Imagine grilling up your favorite dishes while relishing the beautiful surroundings.

Whether you're working or relaxing, the studio provides a dedicated space to meet your needs. Stay entertained with a TV and stay connected with the included WiFi.

Safety is a priority, with carbon monoxide and smoke alarms in place. The cozy ambiance is complemented by the studio's outdoor space, where you can unwind and enjoy the fresh air.

The amount of the security deposit depends upon your desired length of stay.
Utilities and WiFi are $110. Additionally, there is a $110 move-out cleaning fee. If your stay extends beyond one month, the cleaning fee will be adjusted accordingly.
