"It's a quiet neighborhood—not as many people walking as there are cars. Many homes are cookie cutter. The only difference between the homes is the paint and trimming."

"We moved here 11 years ago and have been happy here. The neighborhood is conveniently located for trasportation and Stonestown is only minutes away. It is quiet and the neighbors know and look out for one another. Many have been in their homes for 25+ years."

"Oceanview Terrace (previously Oceanview Village) had been on the decline for a few years. But, recently with the new Chase bank located in the plaza and revamped HOA management, the community has grown to be well maintained and a pleasant place to live. I currently live here with my wife and have enjoyed it here for over a year now. What I appreciate most are the peaceful members and tenants that live here and the close proximity (5-7min walk) to BART. Also, when heading to Serremonte or Westlake Plaza, it is a quick 2-10min drive away. In addition to the great commercial tenants, there is a sense of security here with the well lit pathways, reliable HOA management and relatively easy parking. A great place to raise a family, or go to school (SFSU), or even retire! Everything you need is within walking distance and the people who live here are quiet and nice!"
