Outdoor courtyard with bbq's and dining area. Availability update: available July 1, 2024 to Aug 31, 2024, then available October 1, 2024 forward.

Tenant is responsible for water, electric utility bills and WiFi for leases of six months or more. Landlord is responsible for water, electric utility bills and WiFi for leases less than six months.
