The outdoor space features a hot tub, kitchen with a propane gas grill and cooktop for endless outdoor fun. Sit back and enjoy sunny weather from the private dock, screened-in porch or gazebo. This home also has two kayaks, floating dock, and boat lift that can be used for your stay.

Experience everything St. Pete has to offer with this modern contemporary home located just 15 minutes away from downtown St. Pete and St. Pete Pier. About 30 minutes away from St. Pete beach and few minutes away from shopping center.

Tenant responsible for all utilities such as water, sewage, trash removal, electricity and the Internet. Also, lawn maintenance, pest control service, and hot tub maintenance. Owner take care fruits trees and responsible for any repairs over $200.

No smoking allowed. Small dog allowed up to 20 pounds with non-refundable $800 pet deposit with owner approval, pet application. No aggressive breeds. Property Owner reserves the right to approve or disapprove pets.

Security deposit, first and last month's rent, and non-refundable pet deposit due at signing. Also, tenant must meet 2x or 3x income rent requirements and requires to submit application process with background check and credit check. Application fee $65; application required for any occupant 18 years or older. Tenant/s provides a signed waiver for employer verification. Looking for short and long term tenants.
