Come and stay in an upscale waterfront property on the top-rated St Pete Beach. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo overlooks McPherson Bayou, part of the magnificent intercoastal waterway in the Tampa Bay/St Pete area. Wake up to breakfast while sitting under the ceiling fans on the balcony, where you will see birds of all kinds use the Bayou as their own personal highway. You may also see dolphins playing, manatees swimming, and pelicans diving for fish. You can even watch the sunrise each morning if you are an early riser.
If you prefer, you can sit in the shaded area of the front-facing balcony that overlooks the ocean where you can personally check out the water conditions prior to heading across the street to the beach. When you are ready, grab the provided beach wagon, beach chairs, and your flip-flops and head to the beach for an hour or the rest of the day. You can be on the beach in less than five minutes! Mobility issues? Drive five minutes south to Pass-a-Grille and park at a boardwalk! After the beach, you can rinse off in the condo's poolside shower and take a quick dip in the waterfront heated pool or hot tub.

There are so many things to do in the area! Take the two included cruiser bicycles for a spin in the Pass-a-Grille area and get a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants. Pack a picnic and watch the sunset at the beach. Rent a paddleboard or kayak and explore McPherson Bayou and the surrounding waterways. Rent a boat or jet skis for a day on the water exploring the surrounding islands. Grab some fresh seafood and grill it using the electric grill on the balcony (the grill works better than you'd think!). Explore a local festival, the Dali museum, and the St. Petersburg pier. Or, take a day trip to Busch Gardens!

This property is perfect for working remotely with Wi-Fi mesh throughout the unit and an office with two computer monitors. In fact, there is a second desk if you need two! The kitchen is fully equipped. It even has two coffee makers (a drip coffee maker and a Keurig), as well as two blenders (a Ninja and a Margaritaville frozen concoction maker). The condo sleeps six comfortably.

Come and enjoy a slice of paradise!
