Must have positive rental verification references. Combined household income must be at least 3x of the monthly rent. Co-Signers can be used only to help meet the income requirements above. Please note, if your application (or group) is denied you are not entitled to a refund.

The move-in cost would be the 1st month, $4000, last month$4000 and $4000 deposit for a total of $12,000.!Due to high interest we are asking those truly interested to fill out an application and provide ID. Proof of income is needed. We pre-screen interested individuals before offering to show them the property (Must verify you make at least 3 x the rent in monthly income. Once you meet our pre-qualifications, we can schedule a showing. PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB THE CURRENT TENANTS.

Renters insurance is required by every tenant. No smoking or vaping allowed on the property. Smoking, storing or growing of marijuana at our property is prohibited. Additional deposit or co-signer may be required i.e. rental history, credit issues or employment history.

Owner pays for HOA. Renters pay for all utilities, Spectrum, garbage and gardener $400/ mo.
