What Locals Say about Hampton Park

  • Cierra rose
"Highschool has issues just not middle or elementary school. Police station near school. Open parks. Indoor parks. Water parks. Biking trials. Ponds. "

"They seem to be adding more areas for dog walking and stations to pick up after them. But mainly in the newer areas vs the older ones. Would like to see more clean up stations available around the whole town. Also maybe a dog park!!"

"I've lived and worked in this town on and off for 39 yrs. Romeoville is a quaint village gradually makeing strives to improve with the times. many families have called Romeoville their home for many generations and some. There are a lot of established families that welcome new comers all the time. Come check the village out for a weekend and see how you would enjoy yourself and the family time. "

"It is a small quiet suburb built by canal workers and is still fairly blue collar in nature. In a good way"

"I have lived here since 2004. The neighborhood is mostly blue-collar. Decent neighborhood that is for the most part quiet. We've never had any kind of problem with property damage/theft, etc. I don't feel unsafe walking at night and our neighbors are terrific. It may not be the "prettiest" neighborhood, but its at least safe. Also kid friendly and pet friendly. And for the Chicagoland area the taxes are reasonable."
