"Just moved in. I like the trails, green spaces and trees. Reston has a limit on population growth so it will maintain that smaller community feel better than surrounding areas even though there is still new development. "

"This is a quiet, beautiful area that is well kept. 6 minute drive (1.1 mile) from the Wiehe-Reston Metro Station and Dulles Toll Road. Really close to two lakes, parks, South Lakes Shopping Center, and Reston Town Center. With so many companies moving to Reston, this neighborhood is in a prime location."

"I live in this area and love the short walk to South Lakes Shopping Center, which has everything from great fast food (Starbucks,Chipotle,Subway, Cafesano) to nicer restuarants, including a new one opening fall of 2014. Also it has a nice pet store, large grocery, CVS, and several other shops. The new Silver Line Metro stop is only a one mile walk and, like the walk to the shopping Center, takes you by the beautiful lakes. If you have a dog, like many people on Beaver Trail Ct., there is a large wooded area with dog walking trails and doggie stations at each entrance. The people are very friendly around here and there are so many groups to join. This area caters to the active adult/family lifestyle. Reston has a huge bike club and running club. The condos at Nantucket (Beaver Trail Ct.) have a cummunity dock on Lake Audubon from which to launch your Kayak, Canoe, or stand-up paddle board. The Reston Triatholon is also held on this lake every fall. I always enjoy paddling to the swimming pool located near the boat ramp, swimming for a couple of hours before paddling back to the Nantucket dock. The area has an amazing number of trails for hikers, bikers, and horse back riders, some paved, some not. Many connect to the WO&D Trail, which goes to Vienna, Falls Church, and DC (via the Custis spur) in one direction, and Reston Town Center (too much nightlife, too many stores, and too many festivals to mention), Herndon, and out to Loudoun County in the other direction. My friends and I used to bike from Reston to Leesburg, then connect with the C&O canal tow path and go all the way to Shepherdstown, WV, spending the night along one of the many camp sites that the C&O has every five miles. When I travel, which I love to do, Dulles International Airport is only 10-15 minutes away. I love this part of Reston and I don't think I will ever live anywhere else."
