The guest house is a SEPARATE building from our main house, but is located on our property. It has 2 private entrances on the main floor. The downstairs contains the master bedroom, a futon couch & bathroom. The upstairs has an open concept living area/kitchenette & a second bathroom. There are also 2 couches that convert to twin beds upstairs.

$2,300/month is only valid for January through April 30, 2025!!

Last month's rent ($2,300) & damage deposit ($500) is due at signing. Absolutely NO smoking is allowed in or around the premises. All utilities are included (electric, gas, trash, water, WiFi). No pets allowed.

    "This is a big dog town, you can even bring your dog into a couple of the stores. A few stores have bowls of water and treats outside for the dogs as well. There are poop bags around town for convenience as it is a nice place to walk around. People come and park in tow so they can walk their dogs around."

The Town offers no,erosion programs for students and the Middle school,and High school are top notch. "

    "Great place to walk dogs. Quiet neat neighborhood that people regularly walk. However, we do ask that dog owners clean up after their pets. Some dog walkers do not clean up and this has caused issues."
