In the master bedroom, you will have a new King size mattress and all other rooms have Queen size mattress with fresh sheets and pillows. Also included are room darkening curtains, noise machine for peaceful sleep.
Rooms also include a 40 Vizio smart TV's to watch your Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Roku (streaming services not included).

An extra effort is put into making sure you have everything you need. Many extras included in the all-inclusive package for one price - will include all utilities - electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi and lawn care - All of this makes the home a wonderful place.

Monitoring of the unit is for both our safety and yours. We DO use decibel sensors, smart doorbells, and smart sensors to detect tobacco and/or marijuana.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
If something breaks or a stain is done by accident on the furniture, notify us immediately so housekeepers can be equipped to fix the issue after you've checked out.
