La Quinta Known for world famous Golf & Tennis Tournaments, Horse Tournaments, Polo Matches, La Quinta Art's Festival, great dining, shopping, Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals, casinos, live entertainment, live theater, art galleries, nightclubs with live music and dancing, etc. Everything is only a short distance away, though once inside our home, the hustle bustle is gone and far away. We always hear how comfortable and peaceful our home is and how rested and relaxed our visitors feel when they leave to return to their homes. The Paved walking trails and bike paths are directly out the front door, nestled up close to the mountains. These trails are frequented by friendly road runners, quail, tortoises, and tons of other desert life. Enjoy the desert fauna, brilliant sunrises, gorgeous sunsets, and crisp starry nights. All will transcend to another place and time. Enjoy!
Our home is offered furnished with private Pool and Spa. There are two Master Suites, both with Heavenly Westin CalKing beds, walk in closets, French Doors to the outside, private two sink bathrooms. The third bedroom has two twin beds and own bathroom.
There are two fireplaces in the home - One located in the living room, the other in one of the Master Suites. Central Air Conditioning, Ceiling fans in every room, Home Telephone, Security System, and Fast Speed Internet. There are (4) televisions; one Roku TV in each of the (3) bedrooms and the fourth, a large screen TV, in the den where the room offers built-in surround sound. Included are subscriptions to Netflix, Hulu, PBS, Amazon, and Acorn. Music speakers are located in every room, including outside by the pool. The music can be operated with your own music library directly from your cell phone, with easily downloading the Sonos App. Our Kitchen is fully equipped with Full Dining Service for 8+ persons, Microwave, Dishwasher, Ice Maker, Toaster Oven, Blender, Food Processor. Professional Calphalon Cooking Pans (not used in dishwasher), Linens / All High Cotton Count and Smart Silk Pillows (Hypo Allergenic). There are Bath Towels, Pool Towels, Washer, Dryer, Jetted Tub in master bath. Garage parking for one car. The second garage space offers pool floats and Jeep Bikes to ride (Bike Waiver Required), Walking Sticks found/provided by the Front Door
The application fee of $35.00 is not included in rental amount.
Short term rental minimum 31 days or longer 3 to 5 months rental.
One Month's Rent + security deposit are required at time of the signature on the agreement.
Annual Rates (Monthly) *31 Day Minimum *Rented to Non-Smokers Only
Base Rates are as follows: January - March (7,200), If renting only April ($9,500), May ($6,800), June though October ($5,500), December ($8,000).
$300 Utility Fee Cap paid by owner for gas and electricity.
Usage Amounts over $300 Cap are paid by renter to owner when bill is received.
Owner will provide all the following: All Water Charges, Monthly Landscape Service, Twice Weekly Pool Service, Monthly Housecleaning Service (Washing/Changing Bed Linens, Dusting, Cleaning Kitchen, All Bathrooms, Vacuum and Mop Throughout (does not include your personal laundry), Once a month Pest Control Service, 24/7 Home Security Monitoring Service Provided with Comtron, Home Telephone Serrvice is Provided as sometimes spotty cell service with the close proximity to the mountains, High Speed Internet is provided, Additional Television Subscriptions are provided besides the Roku TV's that come with 900+ channels (Examples: Netflix, Acorn, Amazon, Disney, and / or Hulu) and Once Weekly Trash Service
Renter will be responsible for all utility amounts over $300 for utilities.
HouseCleaning: The Home Will Be Provided Fully Cleaned and Prepared For Your Arrival.
OUR HOME IS TRULY A SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT. Any smoking within the home will be charged an additional (separate) "damage assessment" of $1,500. This will not be paid out of the regular Security Deposit" required when signing the lease.
Garage available for one car (the second garage space stores bicycles/patio furniture) Plenty of street parking available.
Pets are welcome - owner approval is required first.

"Lots of dogs here. Very pet friendly. Dog parks are here as well as dog stations. Owners keep pets on leashes. Pets are treated like family members here and I see during quarantine many walking their dogs on the golf course. "
