The Briarwood offers well-appointed and economical one bedroom, one bath apartments perfect for commuters. The apartments are located close to Highline College, I-5, 167, Southcenter, Light Rail, Saltwater State Park, The Marina, and bus lines. They are also close to shopping and services.

These apartments are very well maintained. The address is 23829-30th Ave. S. in Kent. The apartments have newer carpet and vinyl, newer windows, new paint and blinds, and newer full size appliances. Many have solid surface countertops. Some apartments have a view of Mount Rainier.

Multiple laundry service options are available in every direction, but no services on-site.

We provide reserved parking at no charge for one car only, unfortunately, there is no guest parking and no street parking until construction is complete. We are forced to be strict on the one car rule due to the construction.

This is a 100% non-smoking property. There is no smoking or vaping inside or outside of the units. We will require applicants to have approximately $3500 per month of stable and verifiable income, no more than 1 car, excellent rental history (verifiable over the last 12 months), and very good credit. We are offering a one year lease. Discounted rent is $1099 for the entire first year. W/S/G is $50 per person per month. Deposit is $800 ($600 refundable/$200 non-refundable). Credit and background check required. We currently accept Zillow applications with a signed disclosure. No reusable reports please. No co-signers please. Renters insurance is required.

No dogs. No exceptions. The small size of the units and the construction activity simply can not accommodate them. One cat is permitted ($350 pet fee plus $35 pet rent per month).

    "My work is 11 miles from where I live, if you leave after 6:30 am it’s a 25 min commute. Same with coming home. After 3, 20 to 30 min commute on side streets. If you get behind a school bus might as well park your car and start walking, it will be quicker."

    "Really no place for dogs . And if you want your cat to live DO Not Let IT out.yes they did aloe pit bulls. But watch out they will charge you a lot for your dog and cat and if they think you don’t pick up your dog or cat poo it’s 100$ or more per poo. And say goodbye to your deposit. Because you have any animals you places is ruined."
