NO PETS, not even service animals. No smoking or Vaping. The property is under surveillance 24hrs. There is one camera located at the front of the house. It is a doorbell camera and it operates through motion detection. We have a strict 25 minimum age restriction.

Shared Spaces

Upon arrival use the door on the rear patio up the stairs, your unit # will be displayed and use the code provided.

You will have access to the hallway and front door. Please be mindful of other guests staying as well.

If you go out the front door, please make sure not to lock the door, as key access will not be allowed.

NO GUESTS UNDER 25 ARE ALLOWED TO BOOK. Our home is equipped with a keyless entry (keypad). Guests won't need to meet for a key and will receive check in instructions with their personal access code. Also, after every guest checks out, the home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with a COVID-19 disinfectant throughout every part of the home to ensure the safety of all of our guests.

REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE

We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, appliances, TVs, or amenities. Please report any inoperative equipment to us promptly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. If you demonstrate that the problem persists after being given instructions by us, a maintenance service professional will be dispatched.

NO REFUNDS OR RENT REDUCTIONS WILL BE MADE DUE TO MECHANICAL FAILURES OR MALFUNCTIONS, INTERRUPTIONS OF UTILITIES, MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS OR CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA. WHILE BP SHORT TERM RENTALS WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO REPAIR ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUE IN A TIMELY MANNER, IT CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE FIXED DURING A GUEST STAY, AS THE COMPANY MAY HAVE TO GO THROUGH HOME WARRANTIES. BP SHORT TERM RENTALS will always look for alternative solutions to ensure and prioritize guest comfort.

It is an easy, stress free commute to the triangle and triad yet has all of the benefits and feel of the small town. The downtown area was well planned. Municipal buildings, post office, library, children's museum, arts center, movie theatre ($4), shops, and restaurants are all in close proximity of each other. Lots of free/low cost community activities, independently owned businesses, low housing costs. Locals are friendly, polite, and helpful to newcomers and visitors. I highly recommend to all except those looking for late night clubs/bars (there are none). Graham is very quiet after 9pm unless you attend a late movie or special event. "
