No smoking, no parties, pet deposit required for pets along with some ground rules. No shoes in the home.
At least 2 month mid term lease required.
Move out cleaning fee of 250

    "Public transportation is great to get into the metros Tacoma Seattle etc but getting to the stations requires a ride or car. And riding public transportation to get around Gig Harbor isn’t realistic. Driving to Seattle or the east side daily would be rough almost insane. "
