"Everything is very close by. You can go by car or walk or bike. The surrounding traffic is not too bad. It does seem to be getting a little more congested. Many apartment communities being built nearby. "

"I live in this place, work in Sacramento downtown.(20 miles) I love the school district and this place is very great to raise kids. Water in Folsom is rated #1 in Sacto area. Nice people in a nice area...if you plan to purchase house in Sacramento area give your first choice to Folsom."
