Ideal for 1 to 2 people.

No pets, smoking, parties or drugs. Must have a secure job and provide references, credit history and be able to pay a deposit and first and last month's rent. Rent price does not include the utilities but lawn maintenance is included. HOA fees are also included in the rent price.

    "Our city is safe and friendly. Friendly neighbors are always helpful . We live about 7 minutes from grocery, pharmacy and restaurants. Apple Farms are about a 10 minute drive. We have a stand alone Piedmont Emergency Room and a first class Nursing home. The Courthouse is a historic building and our town square is a circle. "
