Description

Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, garden-level home in the El Cerrito hills. The house has been completely remodeled, including new appliances. Quiet and pleasant neighborhood near local parks and eucalyptus groves with a view of the bay and the Golden gate on a clear day.

Unfurnished home with complete appliances: gas stove, refrigerator, central heating, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The house has been professionally cleaned and re-painted since the previous tenants have moved out. The house has its own private entrance, a garden access door, and there is generally good street parking. Garden maintenance is managed by the owner but tenants are encouraged to enjoy the space. Cats and other small pets are welcome with a pet deposit, no dogs please. Strictly no smoking please.

Rent is $2950 plus a flat fee of $200 a month for all utilities - this includes all electricity, gas, water, and trash and recycling services. The house is located in a cul de sac with quiet neighbors and a nice community feel; the best tenants would be professionals or retirees with steady incomes and a willingness to fit into the community. The lease term is one year but tenants who are looking to build a home here for longer periods of time are welcomed. If you are familiar with the area you will recognize that the rent price with all utilities included is below market price and an incredibly good value for your money, especially considering the pristine condition of the house and new appliances.

"People walk their dogs and people rarely hold dog owners accountable for cleaning up after their dogs; so if you’re a lazy dog owner who doesn’t care about other people’s space you’re in luck. "
