Vacation Rental located in gated community of Canyon Shores. 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit is fully furnished, well equipped kitchen, and features 20 foot high ceilings in the living area. Laundry in unit, Cable internet and all utilities included. This beautiful gated community features 5 pools, tennis courts, pickleball, clubhouse, gym. Close to everything the greater Palm Springs area has to offer.

7 day minimum stay starting at $1,300 per week. $2,400 for 2 weeks. $3,100 for 3 weeks. $3,600 for one month. Maximum 4 occupants. Please call for availability. "Per City Ordinance. Short-term vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbors privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. No outdoor music is allowed at any time, including any amplified music. The quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, and during those hours the use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10pm to 8am. Any and all music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well. City TOT 12% is included in price. Max 2 cars allowed."

Vacation rental. 7 day minimum. All utilities, cable and internet are included in rent.

Owner pays for all utilities (water, electricity, internet).

Please respect house rules:
 Per HOA rules, no more than 4 guests are permitted per stay. If more than 4 guests are revealed, we will be forced to cancel your booking with no refund.
 No parties or large gatherings allowed.
 Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
 No illegal substances or activities allowed.
 No smoking anywhere in the condo.
 No pets allowed.
 Please be careful not to damage the furnishings or decor.

There is a new Casino being constructed by the Agua Caliente band of Mission Indians. There other Casinos are top notch. I’ve lived here all of my life and it’s nice."
