"There are a few parks and public pools throughout the area, walking trails are relatively clean and safe. I'd still suggest to take precautions for your safety like anyone should anywhere. "

"Roads are kept clear but there is a lot of bad potholes, the worst ones do usually get filled in and traffic is medium to heavy if there are events.. daily commute is fair early in the morning"

"Family friendly neighborhood and even the streets can be used as playgrounds. Especially Glencove has a geometry that keeps all cars below the 25 mph speed limit and since the street goes nowhere, just loops back to Saratoga, low volume of traffic. "

"Lots of kids near where I live, but it’s not exactly the best place to live as far as apartments go. Thin walls, no privacy or fences your neighbors are always no less then 20 to 30 feet away."

"My neighborhood has public transportation but it could be greatly improved. If I were to take it, I wouldn’t know how to start. This is coming from someone who could only get around with public transit back in the day. But then I lived in Europe. I drive my own car now. "
