"There are way too many vehicles per household. The street is generally crowded. Also, several residents let their pets run loose, unattended from time to time. Other than that it’s a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors that I do know are all friendly. Being an affordable neighborhood for renters, we do see the occasional... unwanted neighbor now and then. Fortunately, they don’t last long. The home owners association acts quickly when a resident is deemed a nuisance. I enjoy living in this small town. If it weren’t from being so far away from my employer, I would consider making this town my permanent home."

"Constant level Lake LBJ provides for lake activities with nice waterfront park and public pool facilities. Quaint historic downtown with local shops plus the big box stores too. Great restaurants for all tastes. "
