When properties become available that meet your criteria, we will schedule a time for you to view the properties that are of interest to you. Approval is good for any available home in the program for one year.

    "I don't think there is any public transportation. I don't live too far from downtown so I could probably walk it. I think there is a cab but it may need to be called a day ahead of time. They are putting in some bike lanes. Otherwise it is automobiles. "

    "The town has a number of street festivals with Arts and crafts and food vendors. They just had a big bike race- Assault on the Carolinas. There is an annual AAUW used book sale with +30k books. Every 4th Friday of the month there is an arts walk. I live around the corner from the Lumberyard Arts area."

It is the home of the Brevard Music Center known for its world class music and music school.
