Public transportation nearby, located in the best of everything that Portland City life offers: great shopping, local businesses and large retail too, music, elegant and casual dining, coffee shops, nearby museums, Portland main library, easy access to symphony, theater, various athletic clubs, access to walks along the River and in City parks, and a neighborhood feel. "Lots of dogs being walked on leash. There are fenced in dog parks for med-large dogs and separate ones for small dogs. The Fields Park provides a maintained very large grass field. Lots of dog bags & disposal bins."

"I have lived here for six months and it is a pretty quiet city compared to places in the east coast. Grocery stores, shops and restaurants are close. The Pearl District is very clean. "

"like- dog park not like- more concrete than grass or tree some newer buildings have dog area on site, otherwise you're taking the elevator to get your dog outside, no grass guarentee "
