No mandatory deposit, whenever you start the lease, that's when you start the first month's rent. Owner does not charge a mandatory deposit. No smoking anywhere on the premises and property allows 3 cars total to be parked on the property. House comes completely furnished (washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dining table, 5 beds, extra blankets, extra pillows, and much more). Pets allowed, maximum 2 pets only, rent includes the pet fees. Renters must not damage, destroy, or break anything in the house or they will pay for the fixes. No exceptions. Renters must not alter or do any type of additions to the property. Lease can be month to month basis or up to a year, if staying more then a year owner will determine based off renter's occupation during their stay, such as following lease terms. Rent is due every month on the 1st, however the latest rent can be turned in is by the 5th, failure to turn in rent by the last date will result in a 2 week notice to come up with the rent amount, and then possible eviction. Renters can pay rent in multiple ways: through Zillow, Zelle, Cashapp, or Venmo. Property can fit comfortably a family or group up to 8 people. Whatever the lease term, month to month, 3 month, 6 month, 9 month, 12 month, etc., owner accommodates all lease terms to the benefit of the potential renter(s).
