The space

This spacious house features three bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the outdoor patio. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The open-concept floor plan includes a large kitchen perfect for cooking family meals, a dining table, and sitting area with a large 65" TV, ideal for family movie nights after a long day at the beach. The kitchen is stocked with all essential cookware, the bathrooms with cleaning and hygiene supplies, and linens are provided. Washer/dryer is included with a starter pack of laundry detergent. This is a home away from home, with all the comforts of home in Hawaiian paradise.

Why this property?

It is one of the closest properties to the beach (5-minute walk!). Most of the other properties are much further away from the beach. Beach parking is extremely limited and people wait for hours for a parking space to free up.

It is located on a cul-de-sac and far from the highway, so there is no road noise. Many other properties in the area have highway noise.

It has a unique floor plan with no neighbors above or below, so you won't hear any neighbors walking on your head at night or knocking on your door to complain about noise.

The minimum stay is 30 days. Please inquire if you are planning to stay for a shorter time. We may be able to renegotiate the price per your stay. Flexible 6+ month leases are also available. Small pets are welcome.
No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.

    "Kapolei has two main areas for a great shopping experience. There are many restaurants located all over kapolei and a few movie theaters. Couple community fairs/carnivals a year. Beaches are close by and easily accessible year round. People on this side of the island are generally more friendlier since we are further away from the Honolulu which gives a more relaxed feeling compared to living in the city. "
