Fully supplied kitchen with all the amenities and cookware you could need. Two parks and playgrounds in the neighborhood. 5 minutes to all major hospitals. Brand new washer and dryer. Driveway parking for 1 car and ample street parking for one car. 24/7 Ring Security cameras on the outside of the property only. No pets please. Available June 1st- December 1st. We are looking for a respectful and responsible tenant to stay in our family home. Credit and background check, proof of employment, rental history etc are all required with your application.

Renter pays all utilities (electric, gas, WIFI). Owner pays for trash pickup, and landscaping. $50 credit towards the Water bill. Cleaning service is required once per month- $50 paid by renter, $100 paid by owner. No smoking. No pets. On-street and off-street parking available for 2 cars only. First month and security deposit are due upfront.

There are poop bags everywhere which makes it super easy to clean up after your pet. Pretty walkable, with nice views and parks. Tons of cats in the neighborhood as well"
