The powder room half bath is also located on the main floor.

The Owners Suite is truly an amazing feature of the house and is located on second floor. It features a luxurious king sized bed, Smart TV, and a large walk-in closet with a high end organizational system. The spacious spa like bath features an oversized Carrera marble shower with Grohe dual shower heads and jets, separate water closet, and dual sinks with Carrera marble countertops. The additional second floor bedroom has loads of natural light and features a queen sized bed, California closet organizational system and a full bath.

The third floor is the perfect bonus space! You will find another living room with comfortable couch, chaise lounge, and Smart TV, a kitchenette with a Subzero beverage fridge, two wine fridges and a bar sink. The bedroom on this level features two twin beds and a large closet. The adorable full size bathroom has a claw foot tub, standalone Carrera marble shower with Grohe shower head, Carrera marble sink and dressing vanity. The other room on this level has been turned into a home office, perfect for all of your work from home needs!

The backyard features a cozy courtyard perfect for entertaining. The driveway has parking for up to two cars.

In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $575 upon signing the lease agreement.

The Neighborhood:
Colonial Street is a neighborhood street and walking distance to downtown schools, parks and tennis courts and Colonial Lake, Moultrie Park and Playground, Murray Boulevard, Horse Lot and the Ashley River. The lively area South of Broad is known for the 19th-century Rainbow Row, with restored, pastel townhouses that are popular for photo-taking. Italianate 1800s landmarks include the chandelier-filled Calhoun Mansion and the Nathaniel Russell House, with a "free-flying" staircase. On the peninsula's tip, mature oak trees, Civil War cannons and monuments fill White Point Garden. Antique stores dot nearby King Street.

Cleaning Protocol:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated.
Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.

All guests staying with Duvet Homes have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston.This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the peninsula. Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.
Day Passes are available at the following rates (pre-purchase only):
- Complimentary: Oct 15th - Apr 14th
- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th
- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday
- $50 per person: Saturdays

Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.

If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.*
