Renovation perfection. ALL NEW: kitchen, baths, floors, plumbing, HVAC, tile roof, impact windows, appliances, LED lighting. Dreamy kitchen w/marble backsplash, counter seating, cream tone shaker style cabinets w/gold handles, the wood range hood elevates the entire room for the perfect finish. Baths are all about tile and here the selections are fabulous: Penny, painted, herringbone, subway, blush glass— the colors and styles are luscious and perfectly curated for the vibe and style of the house. Two baths have double vanities and back lit, frameless mirrors. Powder room wall paper is a show stopper! Backyard patio is barbeque and ready for the fun to begin. Front porch and wood accents maximize curb appeal. Fully fenced, 2 car garage. Bright, open floor plan- this one is a home run!

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son was struggling so we moved him over to Blue Lakes. We have had a great experience! The principal is excellent and very involved. Some of the bad reviews are from a previous principal. The current principle is out there greeting the parents everyday and knows each kid by name. When my kid was struggling with emotional breakdowns during COVID, the school reacted immediately. They put his mental health first and he is doing great! I have had children in general education, ese classes, and gifted. I recommend all!Parent Review1y ago - Glades Middle School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child transferred in from a charter school system since kindergarten and ended up being in a MUCH better place both academically and socially all because of Asst Principal Mr. Siles and Counselor Ms. Garcia; she has experienced teachers in AP classes and is fully supported by the team here at Glades Middle School; have been most pleasantly surprised since all along I thought the charter school system was better - not compared to Glades Middle School in Miami, FL!Parent Review5y ago - Southwest Miami Senior High School
