A golf club lies in the middle of the community. Unique in having private beach facilities within walking distance of residences. Private beach restaurants offer both casual and elegant venues with gorgeous sunsets."

"I have lived in Pelican Bay and it's a great community close to the beach. It's unique because of the restaurants and facilities on the beach as well as the community as a whole.
