This is a ranch house ideal for one or two adults or a couple. Hardwood floors throughout. It will be available sometime between May 15 and June 1, 2024. It's on a corner lot in a quiet well-established neighborhood within walking/biking distance of the College Park Metro and near the U. of MD campus. The Beltway, the B/W Parkway and I-95 are nearby and the free U. of MD shuttle bus stop is one block away. Large screened in back porch ideal for sitting out on nice days/evenings. Wired for both FIOS and Xfinity. Basement includes a laundry area w/washer/dryer and washtubs as well as a workbench area.

One year lease with one month rent as security deposit. This is a single-family home--not an apartment--so the tenant is responsible for keeping the property in good order including cutting the grass in summer, raking the leaves in fall, etc. Tenant must be mature enough and responsible enough to handle these duties. Prefer no pets but will discuss cats and small dogs on a case-by case-basis. Subleasing is prohibited.

"This location is so perfect. The area is good for families with children, singles, couples and retirees. It's a very nice community mix. It's located near schools, shopping, local produce vendors, B/W parkway,495 and I95, the greenbelt and college pk subway stations, local bus service, the main entrance into DC (route 1), University of MD and so much more. Most of these amenities are in walking distance from my home. I am blessed to have found such a perfect location at a reasonable price, too"
