"There are a lot of sidewalks to walk dogs so it's very dog friendly for walking. Be aware though that there are often stray dogs of all sizes. Not all are friendly and there have been Nextdoor app reports of aggressive off leash dogs."

"It’s pretty quiet. some traffic noise and some sketchy ally ways. Fireworks for 3 months prior to July and 24 hr Walgreens makes it eventful"

"Nice established neighborhood with great walk ability. County area to the west is impinging on the solitude of the area. Heavy, fast traffic on Pershing avenue on the west end is getting oppressive and noisy. "

"Wonderful and beautiful place to live at. Nice community and stores are easily walkable distance. Love the local police units who regularly do patrols. Crime is very low. You get the occasional car breaks etc. (but that can happen even in the nicest communities). *always teach your kids to be aware of their surroundings. Better to be safe:)"

"Near UOP and Miracle Mile. Walking distance to restaurants bars and other businesses. Melodies played from UOP are often heard from outside. Beautiful community!"
