The entire home is available for 30-180 day stay starting April 2024 and is ideal for traveling health professional or educators/administrators, those in between escrows, those doing home remodels or repairs or those newly relocating to our area, needing a bit more time to secure long term housing. The home is fully furnished with all utilities turned on and included in the monthly rent.

    "No dogs are allowed in the park except your dog. If it's your dog, it's fine. They should be kept on leash if necessary and always closely watched and cleaned up after them. Pro Tips: if your dog is not comfortable around children or other dogs,keep them on leash. The signs really say no dogs but it's not enforced and everyone clearly likes it that way."
