Utilities are included in the rent for short term tenants (Min. 3-mos strongly preferred). For longer term (1-yr +), tenants pays utilities and rent will be reduced accordingly. This is max.2-person unit. There is an off-street parking. One month security deposit is required. NO smoking (or candles that may cause wax damages) allowed on site. Tenant is responsible for trash disposal each week.     "I hate to say this, but there are several sexual predators in this area. St. Vincent de Paul is 3 blocks from where I live, so there are people from there who come around and go behind the large trash cans across my alley to urinate."
