"We love the area. Beware of the mosquitoes. It's soooo quiet Check into the Water bill. It's higher here than most places, due to out sourcing of water treatment by Garland. Family friendly. Gas is cheaper here. Cops are on the lookout for speeders. Looks like a lot of teenagers"
