"I had lived there a few years ago. It is one of best areas in E. Ventura - safe, quiet and convenient. It is very safe day and night. My expensive electronics ordered online was left on the door steps for three more weeks. When I returned from my extended trip, it was still there. Neighbors are very friendly and nice. I will move back again when opportunities arise."

"It’s quiet and you can smell lemon trees. Everyone looks out for each other. Farmers market within walking distance on Thursdays and a nice park and walking trail too. "

"In this neighborhood for 35 years and are very happy here except for the Noise coming from telephone Road it’s increasingly loud there are a lot of sirens that go by four or five times an hour. When we moved here you rarely heard a siren but it’s constant now. "
