"We've lived here 6 years and enjoy seeing people walking their dogs and just walking! We're close to shopping, freeway travel, church, beach and family. "

"Unfortunately the area suffers from mobile crime, selfish drivers, and people that are part of the "Me First" movement. Trust in the area comes hard. Rents are too high, so this makes for many adults to a unit. Very little spare parking."

"I have lived here for 18 years. The neighbors are very friendly. It is a very diverse community of folks that look out for each other. I love the proximity to shopping, Ventura, Conejo Valley. I could do without so much traffic, but that’s what you get between LA and Santa Barbara. We have great weather, plenty of outdoor activities for all. Great neighborhood park and close to elementary school for families."

"I lived here at "le village" in oxnard off ventura/vineyard for 15 years and its a nice area with very little crime and good neighbors who care about each other. It takes me just a minute to reach the 101 freeway or highway 1. I am minutes to shopping, banking, eating out, movies, and close to ventura and down tien oxnard is ten minutes away. The beach just 6 miles from my door. "
