8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageReally disappointed in the transportation system. They're constantly canceling the bus. The school wants voters to approve them to borrow more money to build stuff for the school like a new track. But the school can't even manage their transportation system. I think they should worry about getting the kids to school first before they worry about spending taxpayer dollars on new flashy stuff.Parent Review1mo ago - Mattawan Early Elementary School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSchool has no due process and targets children with disabilities. My children used to love school but dread having to go now. The principal is non responsive as well and pushed issues off onto the Social worker with absolutely no follow up. My son also had an ice chunk thrown at his face but due to lack of supervision went all day with a huge bruise on his cheek and concussion without me being contacted at all. Go to Paw Paw instead of you are considering between the two.Parent Review1y ago - Mattawan High School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe most racist school in the area. Especially in high school sports. Do not send your kids here if they are black, the school does nothing to help you.Other Review3mo ago - Mattawan Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageFor some reason the school doesn't think kids need to go. Looks to be lazy teachers and terrible leadership. I get the need for virtual option, but for the last year the school day has been a half day. Be it virtual or in person there is no reason the staff cant work a full day teaching the kids. Not sure how they could possible think they are give kids a good education when everything is half of what it used to be. There are plenty of other schools still teaching the kids on a full day basis. Now because of the horrible policies and shear laziness of teachers and staff the kids get robbed of an education. Our tax dollars hard at work, teachers get paid full time but work half time, kids lose.Parent Review3y ago - Check out schools near 8216 Switch Grass Rdg.
